2024-2026 Prof Huayong Chen
Prof Chen is a Full Professor of Economic Geology in the Guangzhou Institute of Geochemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences (GIG-CAS). He got his degrees from the Peking University then achieved the Ph.D. degree from Queen’s University at Kingston, Canada, after which he worked as a postdoc research fellow at CODES, University of Tasmania. He became professor at GIG-CAS in 2012 and Chief Editor of Ore Geology Reviews in 2019.

2020 - 2023 Prof David Lentz
Prof Lentz is Research Chair in Economic Geology at the University of New Brunswick, Canada. His principal research interests include magmatic-hydrothermal associated with the formation of massive-sulphide deposits, porphyry Cu-Mo-Au systems, and granite-related Sn-W-Mo-Au skarn, IOA (Iron Oxide Apatite) and IOCG (Iron Oxide Copper-Gold, REY, U) systems.
